Whether it's on screen or on stage…

There are certain celebrities who always maintain that fresh and flawless look. But if you've ever felt like the perfect complexion was way out of reach, think again! The best kept secrets of superstar skincare aren't just for VIPs anymore. We asked a wide array of celebs how they keep the wrinkles, blemishes, and bags at bay, and their bombshell answers included brand recs, everyday lifestyle changes, and sage skincare wisdom for looking red-carpet-ready 24/7!

First up, platinum-selling musician John Mayer walks us through his top-shelf tips and, as you'll see, he takes his skincare seriously! The multi-talented singer-songwriter recommends a focused 3-6 hour regimen of guitar-playing every day between the ages of 13 and 19. He then suggests investing conservatively and making sure that you're the sole beneficiary of your own royalties. Aggressively negotiated publishing contracts are essential to firm skin in your forties! Once that’s all ironed out, the rocker suggests, “Buy Le Mer or some shit, I don't know.” While the Gravity singer isn't too choosy when it comes to brand names, he swears by this tried-and-true method when shopping...

“I usually just grab something that weighs less than a plum and costs more than a car payment.” With these easy-to-implement tips, you're just around the corner from rockstar-radiant skin.

Thanks John!

Silver screen starlet turned multi-media mogul Gwenyth Paltrow also sat down with us to spill her skincare secrets. The “Talented Mr. Ripley” actress recommends internalizing deeply ingrained standards of beauty, achieving them with inherited celebrity genetics, aggressively maintaining them, vocally dismissing them, and then further monetizing that dichotomy via lifestyle branding. But remember, this is all with the end goal of purchasing more cost-prohibitive creams, or even entire cream companies!

“A great way to stay looking fresh is to own a majority stake in an independent skincare brand or private cosmetics laboratory, that way they can develop products specifically tailored to your face. Also, hire as many people as possible. The more livelihoods that depend on your own dewy complexion, the better,” confesses the 47 year old actress. “Once there are more than twenty kids out there with college educations on the line, options for wrinkle maintenance really open up.”

Next, we asked pop sensation Dua Lipa for her take on looking fresh-faced and fierce! The 24 year old singer says that in order to maintain that youthful glow, youth is key. “A good rule of thumb is: if you can’t remember any specifics of the Bush administration, you’re on your way to healthy and effortlessly clear skin.”

We also checked in with bad-boy rocker Adam Levine, whose regimen consists of daily applications of a product that, if you play your cards right, costs nothing at all!

The former Voice judge suggests becoming globally famous around nineteen, after your acne subsides naturally, then quickly jumping into a spokesperson style relationship with companies like ProActiv. The commercials involve photos of acne that is no worse than anyone else’s, but can be perceived as heroic and humbling if the spokesperson is successful or handsome enough. Once that’s all squared away, ProActiv and other products manufactured by the same pharmaceutical conglomerate shouldn’t cost a penny for the rest of your life.

$0? Now that's something we can all afford!

Tip:

Need some morning motivation?

Become very famous, very early. Once that's out of the way, develop a fear-based relationship with critical voices on the internet as well as with time itself. If your skin falls at all in the next 20 years, it will really be held against you, as the most vocal feedback comes from those who don’t like change!

But maybe you're worried you might be too old to become a famous teen icon... Well, we asked some more senior stars to share their experiences on aging gracefully.

“Private Eyes” singer Daryl Hall shared his secrets to a youthful glow, even in his sixties!

“Try and think of some words that would sound good in a radio hit. Then write one,” suggests the Grammy winning vocalist. “Two or three of those are essential in building the high yield portfolio necessary to afford top-tier dermatology. I don’t know... something like, ‘I got the Jeee-eep for the weekend, mama! Gonna KISS that Pic-i-NIC baaasket!' It's gotta be hooky though. Go with whatever comes to mind, maybe, 'Mystery ma’am… eating your… CAAA-A-ANDY LEGS - I wanna ho-old you!' ...You’ll think of something.”
